Over the past few months I have been learing several techniques that I beleive are helping me to reduce the frequency of these attacks. I have setup this blog with the aim of providing help and my personal thoughts about this serious condition to anyone in a similar situation as myself. I should probably point out that I am not a trained or registered medical professional and you should probably treat everything I suggest as more of just my personal ramblings about anxiety attacks.

Now that disclaimer is out of the way, I hope you will "stay tuned" and check my blog often.

All the best,
David Doley.
